This website is operated by Albert & Arthur ("we", "us"). By visiting our site and / or purchasing something, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Prices 

All prices are retail prices and are stated in GBP. These are VAT-inclusive.

Payment 

All payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

Delivery 

All orders are shipped tracked. When your order is dispatched, will be emailed a tracking number. Estimated delivery times can be found on our Shipping & Returns page.

Colours

Please note that the colours of products seen on our site will depend on the monitor from which they are viewed, and therefore the colour seen on the monitor can vary from the accurate colour of the product.

Right of withdrawal

All products have a 30-day return period from the date you receive them. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods in their original packaging and condition. Your refund will br processed once the items have been received and approved.

Right to complaint 

We provide a two year right to complaint according to the Sale of Goods Act covering defect manufacture and materials registered during normal use of the item. The right to complaint does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, bad maintenance, violence or unauthorised operations. Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the item must be communicated to us within a 30 day period. Subsequently, items may be returned for one of the following: repair, exchange, or if agreed upon, reimbursement.

Governing law

The terms of use are compliant in accordance with English law and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
